Welcome to foliolark.com (the "Site"), operated by Evgeny Bay, an individual ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who May Use This Site

This Site is intended for adults — parents, guardians, teachers and caregivers — who download materials for supervised activities with children. By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Children may use the printed activities under adult supervision; they should not submit personal information to the Site.

The available packs are free; sales and newsletter subscriptions are not active. You do not need to provide an email address to use the current download flow.

2. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including printable materials, worksheets, illustrations, text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Evgeny Bay or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Both free and paid printable materials are governed by the Materials License Agreement. You may print as many copies as your own use requires and use them at home with your family, in a classroom, library, kindergarten, children's club, hospital playroom or a similar supervised setting. You may share printed copies with the children and parents in that group and keep a personal backup of the files.

You may not sell, sublicense, rent or otherwise distribute the files, upload them elsewhere, or include the materials in a paid product, subscription or printed collection. The complete restrictions, including those concerning copyright notices, authorship, machine learning and registration of rights, are set out in the Materials License Agreement. For use beyond that licence, ask for written permission.

The Materials License Agreement governs the scope, duration and termination of permission to use the printable materials.

3. Communications

You can contact us by email about the Site and its materials. Writing to us or downloading a pack does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Our Privacy Policy explains the current processing of information. Any future newsletter or sales service will require its own applicable information and choices before it is enabled.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
  • upload viruses or malicious code;
  • scrape, copy, or reproduce substantial parts of the Site without permission;
  • impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Any educational or developmental claims about our materials are provided for general informational purposes and are not a guarantee of specific results.

6. Liability and Your Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or takes away mandatory rights you have under applicable law. The fact that a pack is free does not remove those rights.

7. Accessibility

8. Applicable Law

These Terms do not designate a particular country's law or an exclusive court. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by the relevant legal rules. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory protections that apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
